The name of our institute not only defines its objective, but also refers to the Hyssop flower, symbol of humility.
To learn and improve requires humility in order to fully benefit from the knowledge and expertise of the faculty.

My faculty and I offer you an education that is up to international standards.
We allow you to access the different professions of the hotel industry, catering, management and trade in optimal conditions through our theoretical and practical courses given within our campus with state-of-the-art application facilities. But also, through our internships, carried out with our partners such as the Hotel La Falaise.
To train with us is to arm yourself to meet the challenges of today’s world. It is to open the doors to employment, not only in our country but beyond our borders and our continent. There is no need to move to Europe, the United States or elsewhere to learn a trade. Our diplomas will allow those who wish to continue their higher education to be accepted in other countries or regions of the world through our partners IBDL and VATEL
